Ecomfire provides a B2B product showcase and inquiry management platform. We facilitate connections between businesses and industrial equipment suppliers by displaying product catalogs and routing business inquiries. Ecomfire itself is not a manufacturer or supplier and does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or specifications of any listed product.
3. User Obligations
When submitting inquiries through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any admin account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ecomfire platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ecomfire or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images and descriptions provided by third-party suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ecomfire provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. In no event shall Ecomfire be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
